Mission
Yaya 911, based in Toronto, Ontario, provided personal support workers and home care providers to Canadian families since 2006. They need automation in their client onboarding process, to increase their reach, and grow revenue. My mission was to help them scale the business and communicate to potential employers and applicants how Yaya911 can help them.
Outcome
I designed the Yaya911 visual identity, encapsulating the company's value in a new logo. I built a functional website that allows employers to find potential home care providers.

Impact
Since the website launch, bounce rates dropped, users increased, applications and job postings steadily rose, and manual applications were removed.

Challenge
Yaya 911 has been serving Canadian families since 2006. They are a non-digital business growing its client base mostly through word of mouth without an online presence. Their mission is to become the trusted company for home care providers and personal support workers in Canada.
As the business grew, interested applicants and employers increased. The challenge they had was that everything went through a manual process. Every time an employer wants a home support worker, they will be sent an application form. They then have to print the form, fill it out, and then resend it back for review. The same process goes for job applicants. It was an inconvenient process and the turnaround time was long.
Solution
They approached me to help design a website that removes the manual paperwork and makes the process faster. It will be functional, informative, user-friendly, and improve the perception of the company. I developed a custom website using WordPress and Elementor plugin.
Upon launching the website, application and submission of jobs are now faster. No longer do they have to download, fill out, and send the form. Everything is available online via the website. The number of job submissions and applicants is steadily rising and is projected to increase in the next few months. Users also increased and reached countries beyond the Canada area.
Result
Since the website launch, bounce rates dropped, users increased, applications and job postings steadily rose, and manual applications were removed.
The company has started to expand its network and partnerships and is using the website as the medium to connect with them.
